Inspections for realtors and home sellers

Having a home that has recently been inspected by a Registered Home inspector (RHI) will show potential buyers that you have put the effort into providing a transparent view of the home and its condition. Home buyers will feel more comfortable making the decision to buy your home knowing that it has been professionally inspected.

Years of Experience

The Johnson Probe inspector inspecting your home is not only a Registered Home inspector (RHI), but has been inspecting homes to CAHPI’s standards for over 20 years. Experienced inspectors provide you with the most important and relevant information on you home with little overlooked.

Certified inspector

Being part of The Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) a CAHPI Registered Home inspector (RHI) will inspect your home and report according to CAHPI’s “Standards of Practice” and “Code of Ethics”. These Standards describe a Home Inspection as a visual inspection of the systems and components of a home that are accessible to the inspector. The Standards define in detail what we inspect and what we don’t, and how we report our findings.
